The US2J 1.65V@2A 75ns Single 2A 600V SMA Diodes - Fast Recovery Rectifiers ROHS from SLKORMICRO are high-performance, low-cost, fast recovery silicon rectifiers. They are designed for use in power supplies, both AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC applications, as well as battery-back-up, steerage circuits, and telephone applications. The single rectifier can handle up to 2 A forward continuous current. With a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.65 volts, it does not generate too much heat.
