The Songtian STE20D180K1DQ0FST0R0 Varistor with 14V-36V & 2KA rating is a RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) compliant, through-hole mounted device with a 10mm pitch. It offers excellent protection against over-voltage and provides two different voltage levels, that when exceeded, will reduce the incoming voltage to a value that does not exceed the maximum level of 36V. It is a surface-sensitive, nonlinear device with excellent stability, voltage response, and self-healing features. It provides an excellent safeguard against destructive short circuit and environmental extremes, and is ideal for protecting electronic equipment from surge and spike events.
