The Songtian STE20D301K1DQ0FST0R0 is a through hole mounted, RoHS compliant varistor component rated for 250V and 500V at 6.5KA. It is a two-terminal type varistor with a small size so it can fit in tight spaces and is suitable for applications such as motor control, circuit protection and general EMI/RFI filtering.
