The MOF1WS-150R part of a SR Passive is a high-power resistive load element specifically designed and engineered for both on-site and off-site use in a variety of industries. It is designed to provide an DC orAC current load that can be used to measure the accuracy and characteristics of a power source. The MOF1WS-150R load element is so named because it consists of a Military Off-Highway (MOF) 1 Ohm and a rated implementation of one-hundred fifty (150) amps (R) and features a total power dissipation of 222Watts. This part is perfect for applications involving highly-sensitive monitoring and regulation, such as manufacturing and heavy-engineering operations and off-the-shelf safety systems.
