The SEM1605/TC series is a compact, low-cost, surface-mount temperature control module that provides precise temperature control and temperature monitoring of external temperature sensors. It features a 3-wire interface and a 16-bit, self-timed A/D conversion. This part features an adjustable temperature setpoint (TS), a temperature hysteresis (TH), an overtemperature protection value (OTP), an overtemperature warning value (OWV), and a current output (CO). Additionally, the SEM1605/TC series supports up to 4 external temperature sensors and can be used to control temperature in a wide range of applications.
