The STC12LE5608AD is a single-chip 8-bit microcontroller with STC SOP-20_300mil package and RoHS compliant design manufactured by STC. It is based on the low power 8051 core and is enhanced with hardware multiplier, UART, and Brown-Out Reset (BOR) features. It provides up to 8K Code and 512B RAM, and 8 I/O ports and SFRs. The Flash memory is accessible via both ISP (In-System Programming) and IAP (In-Application Programming) interfaces. The STC12LE5608AD also comes with up to 16 bit timer/counters, 3 channels of capture or compare plus 3 channels of PWMs. An on-chip Clock Generator provides stable, reliable system clock oscillation.
