The STMicroelectronics AA1112H-TR is an integrated, single-phase brushless DC motor controller and driver, designed to control 3-phase Brushless DC motors. It features a PWM current controller, 6-A peak output current, adjustable speed range, and low noise operation. The integrated driver has four half-bridge outputs, a PWM speed control input, and a power supply input. It can operate from 6 to 18 Vdc supply voltage with a peak output current of 6 A across all phases. The AA1112H-TR also includes a programmable current limit, protection from over voltage, over-temperature and under-voltage, and an open collector output for fault signaling.
