HCF4013 Dual D-type flip-flop Datasheet - production data Applications Automotive Industrial Computer PDIP14 SO14 Consumer Description Features The HCF4013 is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in metal oxide semiconductor Set-reset capability technology available in PDIP14 and SO14 Static flip-flop operation - retains state packages. indefinitely with clock level either high or low The HCF4013 consists of two identical, Medium speed operation 16 MHz (typ.), clock independent data type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has toggle rate at 10 V independent data, set, reset, and clock inputs, Standardized symmetrical output and Q and Q outputs. This device can be used for characteristics shift register applications. It can also be used for Quiescent current specified up to 20 V counter and toggle applications by connecting Q output to the data input. 5 V, 10 V, and 15 V parametric ratings The logic level present at the D input is Input leakage current I = 100 nA (max.) at I transferred to the Q output during the positive- V = 18 V, T = 25 C DD A going transition of the clock pulse.
