DD No limit on input rise and fall times The HCF4093 consists of four Schmitt trigger circuits. Each circuit function has a 2-input NAND Quiescent current specified up to 20 V gate with Schmitt trigger action on both inputs. Standardized symmetrical output The gate switches at different points for positive characteristics and negative going signals. The difference 5 V, 10 V, and 15 V parametric ratings between the positive voltage (V ) and the P negative voltage (V ) is defined as hysteresis Input leakage current I = 100 nA (max.) at N I voltage (V ).
