The L4931ABD50-TR is a positive voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics. This 5-pin regulator features a low dropout voltage of 50 mV, a maximum output current of 1.5 A and an operating temperature range extends from -40°C to +125°C. Other features include reverse-battery protection, overcurrent shutdown, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection. It is designed for use in applications where a fixed output voltage is required such as in logic and linear regulator applications. The device is supplied in a TO-220 package.
