Additional Infomation About Product

The L6203 is a two-phase brushless DC motor driver IC from STMicroelectronics, suitable for high voltage motor/motion/ignition controllers and drivers. It contains a DMOS full-bridge power stage that can supply a continuous current of up to 3A, and an integrated protection system with overcurrent and thermal shut-down. The device features advanced current control methods for high performance and accurate speed control, and can be used to drive both brushed and brushless DC (BLDC) motors. The device is conveniently sized as a 28-pin package with power and control pins brought out for a wide range of applications in automotive systems, household appliances, and motor control systems.
