The L78L15ACD is an energy-saving voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics. It is a three-terminal positive regulator with a maximum output current of 1.5A, a dropout voltage of 1.2V, and an output voltage of 15V. The L78L15ACD is a linear voltage regulator which provides a highly efficient, long-term stable output voltage. It also features low power dissipation and a wide range of protection features, including current limiting and thermal shut-down. The L78L15ACD is suitable for industrial, automotive, as well as consumer applications.
