The LD2985BM50R is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This micro-size device is designed to provide a constant 5V output and can handle up to 0.15A of current. It features a SOT23-5 surface-mount package with an ultra-low quiescent current.It has high output voltage accuracy and excellent line and load regulation and is ideal for applications with limited space such as consumer products, computing, and handheld devices. The LD2985BM50R is protected against short circuit, over-temperature, and under-voltage conditions.
