The LNBTVS6-221S with TVS Diodes - Transient Voltage Suppressors 6kV 3000W Ppp Lightning Protection manufactured by STMicroelectronics is an integrated circuit (IC) for lightning protection in radiofrequency (RF) and communication systems.
