M27C1001-10C6 is a 1024 Kbit (256 K × 8 bit), ultraviolet erasable EPROM memory component produced by STMicroelectronics. The memory is fabricated using an advanced CMOS EPROM technology. It features fast single cycle access time of 120 ns and an endurance of 1,000 write/erase cycles, making it ideal for applications requiring high-speed data storage. Its low-voltage design, 1.65 to 3.6V operation and ability to retain data while powered off make it suitable for portable applications.
