M74HC4060 14-stage binary counter/oscillator Datasheet - production data Applications Automotive Industrial Computer SO16 TSSOP16 Consumer Description Features The M74HC4060 device is a high speed CMOS High speed: 14-stage binary counter/oscillator fabricated with 2 f = 65 MHz (typ.) at V = 6 V max CC silicon gate C MOS technology. Low power dissipation: The oscillator configuration allows design of either I = 4 A (max.) at T = 25 C CC A RC or crystal oscillator circuits. A high level on the High noise immunity: CLEAR accomplishes the reset function, i.e. all V = V = 28% V (min.) counter outputs are made low and the oscillator is NIH NIL CC disabled. Symmetrical output impedance: I = I = 4 mA (min.) OH OL A negative transition on the clock input increments the counter. Ten kinds of divided Balanced propagation delays: T T PLH PHL output are provided 4 to 10 and 12 to 14 stage Wide operating voltage range: inclusive. The maximum division available at Q12 V (opr.) = 2 V to 6 V CC is 1/16384 of the oscillator frequency. Pin and function compatible with 74 series The I input and the CLEAR input are equipped 4060 with protection circuits against static discharge ESD performance and transient excess voltage.
