RHR801 Rad-hard very high-speed comparator Datasheet - production data Ceramic Flat-8 Description The RHR801 is a very high-speed single comparator. It is designed to allow very high rise and fall times while drawing a high noise supply rejection. It uses a high-speed complementary BiCMOS process to achieve its very good speed/power ratio and its high tolerance to radiation.
