The ST1S41 operates from 4.0 V 4 A output current to 18 V input, while it regulates an output voltage 4.0 V to 18 V input voltage as low as 0.8 V and up to V . IN Output voltage adjustable from 0.8 V The ST1S41 integrates 95 m high-side switch 850 kHz switching frequency and 69 m synchronous rectifier allowing very Internal soft-start high efficiency with very low output voltages. Integrated 95 m and 69 m power The peak current mode control with internal MOSFETs compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count.
