The Suntek SK6017S5-33 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) SOT-23-5 is a low-dropout, low-current, 3-terminal negative voltage regulator in a small SOT-23-5 package with ROHS compliant construction. This LDO has an adjustable output voltage of 1.2V to 34V with a maximum output current of 500mA and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is designed for space-constrained applications and features an automatic inrush current limiting to minimize power-supply loading during startup. The device also includes charge pump circuitry for improved AC line transient response, fast circuit response, low 4mV maximum output drop in many commercial applications, and more efficient power management for battery standby applications.
