The PP14N is a high-voltage general-purpose transistor suitable for use in switched-mode power supplies for personal electronics and appliances. It has a maximum power rating of 500 mW and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 150 V. The device has very low on-resistance, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications. The design enables efficient thermal performance, with low temperature coefficient. The transistor is provided in the SuperTronic package, which has a hermetic silicon construction and improved power dissipation and isolation.
