Additional Infomation About Product

The P0080SB is an DO-214AA Thyristor Surge Suppressor (TSS) manufactured by SURGING. It is a two-terminal device designed to protect sensitive electrical and electronic systems from overvoltage transients. It is RoHS compliant and features a peak pulse current rating of 80A and maximum working voltage of 600V. It is constructed with a glass passivated chip enclosed in a UL 94V-0 package, improving the thermal dissipation of the device. It is designed to be soldered directly to a PCB, and can also be used as a part of a circuit wide overvoltage protection system.
