TLR00320 is a two-lane, limited access highway connecting Syracuse and Salina, New York. It forms part of the Thruway, a stretch of the New York State Thruway system, which links the two cities. The highway has seven interchanges along its 13-mile route, which include exits for the town of Cicero and the Carrier Circle business area. Also along the route are seven rest areas, two scenic overlooks, and two Welcome Centers. The highway passes through rural countryside and many of the communities along its path. The corridor is lined with fields and farms and is also popular with hikers and cyclists looking to traverse the countryside.
