It is a low noise, low power, low voltage Zener diode, with a breakdown voltage range from 6.8 V to 390 V. 1SMA4745 provides a very low forward voltage drop, and can tolerate up to 8A of continuous forward current. It is a single diode, and can be used for many applications such as voltage regulation, reverse polarity protection, current limiting, etc.
