S1D-M2G is a 1A 200V Standard Recovery Rectifier designed and manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor. This device is a high efficiency, ultra-fast, high surge current, bridge rectifier and is available with a variety of configurations to meet different applications. Its main features include ultra-fast turn-on and turn-off times, improved surge and overload protection, low power loss, low noise, and low thermal resistance. Additionally, its reverse recovery characteristics allow for minimal device stressing and hence high reliability.
