The SMDJ58AHR6G with 93.6V 64.4V 58V SMC (DO-214AB) TVS ROHS is a unidirectional, low capacitance ESD diode manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and other voltage transients up to ±30 kilovolts. It has an ultra-low clamping voltage over a wide range of operating conditions, allowing it to be used in a variety of situations.
