TS2940 Taiwan Semiconductor 1A Ultra Low Dropout Voltage Regulator GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The TS2940 series of fixed-voltage monolithic micro- Dropout voltage typically 0.6V Io=800mA power voltage regulators is designed for a wide range of Output current up to 1A applications. This device excellent choice of use in Output voltage trimmed before assembly battery-power application.
