ECP1401/1410 is a family of single-chip, ultra low power microcontrollers (MCUs) based on an industry-leading 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor core. The ECP1401/1410 MCUs feature a comprehensive set of MCU peripherals and industry-leading power consumption in a tiny 2 mm x 2 mm package. The ECP1401/1410 MCUs are ideal for battery powered, low power applications such as IoT, home and building automation, medical as well as industrial and wearable applications. The ECP1401/1410 features an integrated SRAM for data storage, eight general purpose timers, three general purpose SPI/I2C interfaces and a low power oscillator. The ECP1401 provides an integrated EEPROM for data storage and the ECP1410 provides serial-wire debug (SWD) support for easy debugging and programming.
