The MLG0603P22NHT000 with Fixed Inductors IND 0201 22nH Hi-Q SMD RF IND manufactured by TDK is a surface-mount RF inductor chip. It has a wire-wound structure and a low air gap magnetic core that emits low magnetic fields. Its inductance is 22 nH and its rated current is 98.8 mA at a maximum DCR of 0.5O. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +155°C and it is capable of handling peak power up to 315 mW. The inductor is suitably packaged in 0201 chip size with 0.7mm width and 0.35 mm height.
