The MLG0603P3N6ST000 with Fixed Inductors IND 0201 3.6nH Hi-Q SMD RF IND is a miniaturized fixed inductor manufactured by TDK. It is a non-polarized, low profile surface-mounted device designed specifically for non-critical SMD applications. This inductor has a peak inductance of 3.6nH at 2MHz and a DCR of 0.3 Ohms. It is rated for 100mA of DC current with a full-scale temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The temperature characteristics vary depending upon the operating frequency; at low frequencies, the inductance decreases as the temperature rises, but at high frequencies, the inductance increases as the temperature rises. The small size of the part and its high-Q performance make it ideal for space-constrained RF applications.
