The TD1466 with DC- DC Converters SOT23-6 RoHS is a step-down switching regulator, designed by Techcode. It is ideal for use in applications requiring a small footprint and wide input voltage range. It offers a maximum efficiency of up to 96% and a switching frequency of 300 kHz for superior EMI characteristics. The TD1466 can deliver a maximum output current up to 1.3 A and has a wide range of adjustable operating voltages. It is designed to meet the RoHS requirements for a wide variety of applications.
