The TD1670 with DC-DC Converters ESOP-8 RoHS is a high performance ultra-low power DC-DC converter that can be used as an energy efficient solution for powering various types of devices. It is a low-power component designed to operate from a wide input range of 3.3V to 14V and output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 33V. The device is able to provide an output current of up to 15A (25A peak) depending on the input voltage and temperature. It features a wide temperature range operation from -40°C to +85°C. Its ESOP-8 package is lead-free and compliant with RoHS. It is manufactured by Techcode and further features integrated frequency synchronization, overload protection, and an adjustable soft-start function.
