Technokabel OMYP2/0.75-B is a flat, two-conductor, multi-strand, halogen-free, unshielded cable for low-voltage electrical wiring. This cable is suitable for use in areas that require high levels of flame retardancy. It has a nominal temperature rating of -40°C to +90°C, and is suitable for outdoor use due to its good resistance to UV radiation and water absorption. The cable has a flame retardant, halogen-free polymer-based plastic (OMY) insulation, and a white outer sheath that is UV stabilised. The outer layer is made of a special blend of materials that resist fire, chemicals and impact. The cable is resistant to oils, fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons and diluted acids, and is certified to meet EU standards for low-smoke, zero-halogen and flame retardant properties. The conductor is made of multi-stranded, tinned copper according to VDE 0281 and is compatible with standard connectors and termination methods.
