The NDS352AP is a low-voltage Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by Techpublic, which is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. It is contained in a small, Surface Mounted Technology (SOT-23) package that is widely used in mixed-signal and analog electronic circuitry for its ability to reduce the footprint of discrete electronic components. This MOSFET works on a 2.5V supply voltage, has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 32V and continuous drain current of -150mA. It has high moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 4A according to the JEDEC standard, and a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
