The TPE0514M10 is an ESD protection device from TECH PUBLIC with a MSOP-10 package and is compliant with RoHS standards. It is designed to protect digital low-voltage I/Os from electrostatic discharges. It is based on a scalable, high-power integrated circuit (IC) and it can support current levels between 10mA and 5A. The device ends in a 10-pin MSOP-10 package, which enables excellent power density while keeping the board-level ESD protection area to a minimum. The device also provides high ESD levels of up to 8kV contact and 15kV air discharge. Furthermore, the device is designed to provide improved clamping performance with lower clamping voltage, high surge capability, and excellent ESD discharge immunity.
