The TPSL05T1G with SOT-23-3 is an ESD protection device manufactured by TECH PUBLIC. This device is a 3-pin, SOT-23-3 package designed to protect electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive devices in automotive, datacom, industrial and consumer applications. This device is RoHS compliant and designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2 ESD requirements. It is designed with an integrated Electrostatic Discharge Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode in series with diodes for bi-directional ESD protection.
