WAVEJET 354T Teledyne

The Teledyne WaveJet 354T is a digital stand-alone, multi-port, multi-function ATE system for testing discrete, digital and mixed-signal devices and systems. Its extensive testing capabilities include digital parametric testing, in-circuit enumeration, out-of-circuit programming, and functional testing. The WaveJet 354T is equipped with four software configurable testing sites and each site includes a four-channel source measure unit for direct connection to device-under-test (DUT) pins, as well as multiple channel programming pins. The WaveJet 354T also features higher productivity and lower cost per test head when compared to traditional testers. Its advanced features include a built-in JTAG interface, on-board automated test program (ATP) compiler, and up to 12GB DDR3 RAM per site. The WaveJet 354T also offers several flexible hardware configuration options and advanced software modules to meet the needs of customers.
