Operation Sheet Heavy Duty Continuity Tester Model ET40 Features: Ideal for checking continuity of non-energized components, fuses, switches, relays, wiring and circuit boards Features 30 (76cm) Test lead with alligator clip Continuity Testing WARNING: To avoid electric shock, never measure continuity on circuits or wires that have voltage on them. 1. Install one AAA battery. 2. Remove all power from the circuit to be tested. 3. Remove the plastic probe tip. 4. Touch the probe tip to one side of the device and the alligator clip to the other side 5. The bulb will light if there is continuity. CAUTION: Use extreme caution when checking electrical circuits to avoid injury due to electrical shocks.
