The CC1150RGVR is a highly integrated single chip radio transceiver device with an embedded MCU and an enhanced baseband modem designed for low-power wireless applications. The device is available in a 16-pin VQFN package in a -40 to 85°C operating temperature range and has a complete RF transmitter and baseband functional block. The CC1150RGVR provides a data rate up to 152 kbps with complete link budget, as well as extremely low active and idle mode power consumption. It integrates an enhanced frequency modulator, an analog-to-digital converter, a digital-to-analog converter, an 8051-compatible MCU, an RF frequency synthesizer, a power amplifier, transmit/receive amplifiers, an LNA, a limiter, and a low-IF demodulator. The CC1150RGVR is manufactured by Texas Instruments.
