The Texas Instruments CC2640F128RGZR is an RF Microcontroller (MCU) with a SimpleLink Bluetooth Wireless 2.4GHz feature. This MCU is designed to enable low-power wireless communication between Bluetooth Smart (Low Energy) devices. The CC2640F128RGZR contains a 32-bit processor core, flash memory size of 128KB, and 64KB of SRAM. This MCU has low level drivers and application examples for configuring and managing the Bluetooth LE and associated network protocols. It also supports various network topology options, data rate up to 2 Mbps and is 6dBm output power certified. The CC2640F128RGZR contains an integrated power management subsystem and a state-of-the-art low-power radio architecture. This processor is suitable for wearable, markers tracking, and connected home applications.
