The CD4027BE is a dual J-K master-slave flip-flop with a negative edge-triggered master flip-flop and a positive edge-triggered slave flip-flop. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and comes in a 14-lead plastic dual-in-line package (PDIP). It is designed for use in simple electronic switching and storage applications, such as frequency divider circuits, shift registers, and counters. It has low power consumption, high noise immunity, and can operate from 5V to 15V power supplies. It is rated for operation from 0°C to 70°C.
