The CD4047BE Monostable Multivibrator CMOS LP Mono/Astable is a low-power monostable multivibrator manufactured by Texas Instruments. The device has an operating voltage of 1.5-V to 18-V and provides a low-power, low-power-consumption option for monostable operation. It can be used to generate one pulse per input trigger or several pulses per trigger with adjustable pulse widths. It can also be used for controlled timing applications such as pulse-width modulation and LED brightness control. The output timing can be adjusted with the help of external timing components. It is housed in a small, 16-pin TSSOP package and comes with a wide assortment of features including an output that can be blocked by a negative-going input signal, external clock input for asynchronous resetting, and power saving modes.
