CD4069UBE

The CD4069UBE is an integrated circuit from Texas Instruments. It is a member of the 4000B family of CMOS complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) logic devices. The CD4069UBE is a hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. It is designed to operate with supply voltages between 3 V and 15 V, with typical supply current of 1 µA.
