The CD74HC123M96 is a Monostable Multi-vibrator Dual Retrig Mono manufactured by Texas Instruments. This part is an integrated circuit designed for use in electronics applications. The device operates as a one-shot or retriggerable monostable multivibrator which produces a single output pulse whenever an input signal is applied. It features a 10-minute minimum pulsewidth and adjustable pulsewidth. The device also features an active low reset and two trigger inputs. It includes a buffered active-high open collector output with low power consumption and high noise immunity making it ideal for use in digital systems. The device is optimized for low power consumption and uses a 3V to 15V supply voltage. The output is open collector and compatible with CMOS, TTL, and LSTTL inputs and outputs.
