.The DP83825IRMQR is a 3-mm by 3-mm low-power Ethernet PHY transceiver manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed to meet the requirements of IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX applications. It has integrated 8KBytes of on-chip SRAM, low-power sleep mode, Automatic Polarity Control, and automatic loopback. It is the smallest form factor dual-speed PHY transceiver with an integrated 50-MHz clock and built-in power management. It establishes a fault-tolerant link and requires +2.5V or +3.3V power supply. DP83825IRMQR is provided in a 24-WQFN package with an operational temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC.
