Additional Infomation About Product

The DRV8251DDAR (Dual-Channel Low-Side Gate Driver with Integrated Motor Drives) is an integrated motor driver developed by Texas Instruments. It is designed to control BLDC motors and includes two independent low-side and one independent high-side gate driver circuits. The device features adjustable slew-rate control, diagnostic feedback, short to battery and short to ground detection, PWM control, and overvoltage protection. Additionally, it provides at least 2A peak output current and has up to a 400 kHz switching frequency. The device is housed in a VQFN package that allows it to be placed in tight space applications.
