The INA220BIDGST is a current and power monitor and regulator from Texas Instruments. It has a bi-directional current/power monitoring capability, which allows it to measure both the current flowing through a circuit and the power consumed by the circuit. It can be used to accurately measure the current and power used by devices in a wide range of applications, such as industrial, automotive, and consumer products. It features wide input voltage range of 3 V to 12 V, ultra-low input current consumption of 300 µA, and adjustable output current and power regulation that can be set between 0 and 1.5 A. The INA220BIDGST also features under-voltage lockout protection to prevent current flow when voltage falls below the user-defined threshold. It is manufactured in an 8-pin TSSOP package and is available in both leaded (Reel) and non-leaded options.
