The INA250A4PW is an integrated power monitoring circuit from Texas Instruments. It is a low power, single-channel analog signal conditioning device for current, voltage, and power measurement applications. This device features an integrated current sense amplifier, low-dropout linear regulator, voltage reference, and voltage protection circuitry. It is optimized for single-ended current sensing applications over a wide common-mode voltage range, and also offers differential input capability for current measurement applications. The INA250A4PW supports up to 24V power supply monitoring, and galvanic isolation between the low-voltage input and sense circuitry. The device comes in a 6-pin SC-70 package.
