The Texas Instruments LM36011YKBR is an inductorless Flash LED Lighting Driver with a 1.5A high side evaluation module. It can be used in a wide range of applications including automotive headlights and tail lights, LCD backlighting, and industrial and outdoor lighting. The device includes integrated MOSFET drivers, a Cree CRFL7135 voltage regulator, and a 3MHz oscillator to support adjustable dimming. It also offers a wide input voltage range of 4.75V to 42V, a wide range of step-down converters, and adjustable internal soft start and pre-bias current settings. The device is capable of continuous 1.5A output current and is protected against shorted and open LED circuits, overvoltage, and output overload conditions. The on-board safety features enable safe operation of the lighting system.
