The LMR64010XMFE from Texas Instruments is a synchronous buck converter in a 4mm x 4mm, 6-pin wafer-level package (WLP) with integrated compound MOSFET. It is optimized for small size and low cost applications, offering high efficiency power conversion with a wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6 V. It is capable of providing up to 2A continuous output current, and can support up to 5A peak output current. The LMR64010XMFE requires very few external components, supports a wide output voltage range, and can be programmed through its integrated PMBus interface. The LMR64010XMFE also integrates fixed frequency current mode control, thermal shutdown protection and adjustable soft start for easy system control.
