The OPA140AIDR with Texas Instruments Precision Amplifiers 11MHzSgl SupplyLo NoisePrecR-R Out is a precision operational amplifier designed by Texas Instruments. It has an 11MHz bandwidth and a low noise floor (10nV/vHz). It has both high and low input common mode voltages (CMRR = 90dB) and a high input impedance (>1012?). It is single-supply, meaning it can run on just +5 to +20 VDC power supply voltage and delivers a maximum output swing range of ±15V. It has a voltage gain of 101 dB and provides a rail-to-rail output, meaning it can output a maximum voltage nearly equal to the power supply voltage. This makes it ideal for signal-chain applications. It includes many protection features such as short-circuit, thermal overload, and ESD protection.
